Return Policy and Information

 

 

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund of all charges.

Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking charge, plus shipping and handling charges.

 

Refunds/Returns:

Contact us by email to request a refund. Returns and refunds are accepted after prior authorization based upon the following rules. Be assured that we will make every attempt to completely satisfy you.

You may return any item within a 5 day period for a refund. We do not accept any returns after 5 days of order receipt.

Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking charge, plus shipping and handling charges.

Returns of damaged goods or shortages are subject to a full refund of all charges. They must be reported within 5 days of order recipt (please also refer to the Freight Damage section for damaged goods).

 

Freight Damage:

Damages due to shipping need to be reported immediately. If the shipping package appears to be damaged please carefully inspect the contents for any possible damage before you accept the delivery. A damage report will need to be filed with the carrier.

 

International Orders:

Sorry, At this time we are not shipping orders outside the United States.

 

Warranty Information:

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Galt Toys are guaranteed for 1 year and Galt will replace a defective item. Galt Toys may be contacted directly at 1-800-899-4258.
